Kaiyodo's REVOLTECH line, known for its intricate sculpting and exceptional articulation, has officially unveiled a new action figure from the classic manga series "Claymore": Clare. This highly anticipated figure is priced at 9,900 JPY and is slated for release in November 2026!
"Claymore," created by Norihiro Yagi, was serialized from 2001 to 2014 in "Monthly Shonen Jump" and later "Jump Square." The series received an anime adaptation by Madhouse in 2007. It tells the story of silver-eyed warriors who wield massive greatswords, battling against Yoma—demons that can assume human form and feast on human organs—in a world plagued by their terror.
Kaiyodo brings the protagonist Clare to life as a REVOLTECH action figure, standing approximately 15 cm tall. The sculpt faithfully captures Norihiro Yagi's signature slender and elongated body proportions. Her iconic silver eyes are meticulously reproduced with printed details, while the armor and boots feature a sophisticated metallic paint finish. The skirt around her waist is crafted from soft plastic, minimizing interference with articulation and allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses.
Clare's cloak is made from a rigid material, sculpted to evoke a dynamic, wind-swept appearance. It connects to the shoulder armor via two ball joints, allowing for easy attachment and removal with the shoulder armor parts. The figure comes packed with a generous array of accessories, including four pairs of interchangeable hands, a pair of clasped hands, three interchangeable face plates, a flowing bangs part, and her essential greatsword. The greatsword can be sheathed on her back, allowing collectors to display her in various states, whether traveling or engaged in fierce combat. She can also be displayed alongside the simultaneously released Teresa of the Faint Smile figure.
