Japanese model company Kaiyodo's popular "REVOLTECH" action figure brand, "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI," has unveiled a new DC Comics-themed release: the "Deadshot" action figure. It will retail for 11,000 JPY and is slated for release in January 2027.
Deadshot first appeared in "Batman" #59, published in 1950. His real name is Floyd Lawton, and he possesses an uncanny talent for marksmanship. During a family dispute, he picked up a rifle to confront his father but accidentally killed his brother. This tragic event cast a dark shadow over him, transforming him into a cold-blooded, unerring mercenary who disregards human life. Deadshot's sniping skills are renowned as the strongest in the DC Universe, making him a key assassin and a core member of the Suicide Squad.
This AMAZING YAMAGUCHI Deadshot action figure stands approximately 17 cm tall. It reinterprets his classic comic book costume, featuring the series' signature sculpted, lean musculature. Details like the chest target and thigh straps are faithfully recreated, and the paint application utilizes metallic silver paired with vibrant red and yellow to capture his iconic color scheme!
For accessories, the figure includes four sets of interchangeable hands, two sniper rifles (one military-style and one futuristic), two pistols, and his signature wrist-mounted machine guns. It also comes with effect parts for bullet firing, muzzle flash, and smoke, plus a blood splatter effect that can be attached to other figures in the series, allowing for dynamic combat scenes with its highly articulated design! Furthermore, pre-orders through official channels will include two additional wrist gun replacement parts with deployed scopes, offering even more firepower!
