More than a decade after its release, "The Devil Wears Prada" continues to captivate audiences, with its enduring popularity sparking frequent discussions about a potential sequel. The original film was a global box office success, grossing over $326 million worldwide, and its critical reception remains largely positive, with many viewers still praising the beloved comedy. Given its lasting appeal and financial viability, a follow-up film is certainly not out of the question; the question remains when — or if — the production team will move forward.

Stanley Tucci, a key member of "The Devil Wears Prada" cast, recently discussed the possibility of a third film during an interview on the podcast "Happy Sad Confused." He humorously expressed his hope that a sequel wouldn't take another two decades to materialize. "If we wait another 20 years, Anne and Emily will be visiting Meryl and my graves," Tucci quipped. "What's the point of that? Please, 20 years? The main setting will probably be a nursing home by then (laughs). I'd love to do another one, but they better do it while I can still walk."
