From BANDAI SPIRITS' model kit division, BANDAI HOBBY, comes the latest entry in the Real Grade (RG) line—a series that integrates intricate inner frames, detailed armor, and cutting-edge technology into the 1/144 scale. Straight from "Mobile Suit Gundam 00," the new "RG 1/144 Gundam Exia Repair IV" is slated for a June 2026 release. This kit will be available exclusively through the official Premium Bandai webstore.
First unveiled in the "Mobile Suit Gundam 00" 10th-anniversary project, "Re:vision," the GN-001REIV Gundam Exia Repair IV is a modified version of the Gundam Exia, deployed after Celestial Being resumed its activities following the ELS conflict. The suit is powered by a new, stabilized "GN Drive Tau" and incorporates prototype next-gen GN Condensers throughout its body, giving it a particle output comparable to an original Solar Furnace. Its left arm pioneers technology from the 6th generation of Gundams, allowing for localized, short-burst Trans-Am activation. Mounted on its left shoulder's GN Shield is an all-new "Seven Swords" armament, an evolution of the system used by the 00 Qan[T], which includes one GN Tachi, two GN Battle Swords, two GN Battle Blades, and two GN Bayonets.
Once thought to have perished in a suicide attack to clear a path for Setsuna in the movie, Graham Aker was guided by Setsuna to assimilate with the ELS. He later returned to Earth and joined Celestial Being. He inherited the Gundam Exia Repair IV, which, coincidentally, was configured for a left-handed pilot. Believing he and the Exia were bound by the red string of fate, Graham personally insisted on naming the mobile suit the "Graham Gundam."
The "RG 1/144 Gundam Exia Repair IV" is based on the previously released Gundam Exia Repair III kit, but incorporates numerous new parts to replicate the exposed frame of the left arm, the new Seven Swords armament, and the GN Shield. It features the exceptional part and color separation, rich surface detail, and outstanding articulation that the RG line is known for. The GN Shield's central armor can open to reveal the internal GN Drive Tau, while the GN Battle Swords and GN Battle Blades on its sides also feature deployment gimmicks. The GN Bayonets mounted on the rear waist can be moved into a drawing position via an articulated sub-arm.
