Good Smile Company's Nendoroid Doll series, known for its chibi-style figures featuring real fabric outfits, has announced a new release from the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!" — Nijika Ijichi. Priced at 9,800 JPY, the figure is slated for release in January 2027!
Nijika Ijichi, the drummer of Kessoku Band, is celebrated for her immense patience and caring nature towards her bandmates. She was also the key figure who initially invited Bocchi to join the band. Her endearing personality and character design have led fans to affectionately dub her "the nation's wife." However, her seemingly perfect traits have also sparked humorous, albeit strange, fan discussions, speculating if Nijika might secretly have a boyfriend or even smoke.
This Nendoroid Doll Nijika stands approximately 14 cm tall. Her head sculpt reuses the design from the previous Nendoroid release, and she comes with an adorable smiling face plate. Despite her cute, compact proportions, her outfit meticulously recreates the Shimokitazawa High School winter uniform in fabric, including the white shirt, gray vest, and pleated skirt. Even her underwear and socks are faithfully reproduced! Her red canvas shoes feature magnets in the soles, allowing for stable posing on the included magnetic base. Additionally, she can be displayed alongside the previously released Bocchi and the simultaneously announced Ryo to recreate iconic scenes from the series!
