TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S, a popular toy brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY Company, is set to release a new addition to its beloved "Shoulder-Lean Fig." (Katazun Fig.) series, featuring the hit anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End"! These new capsule toys, titled "Shoulder-Lean Fig. Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," will retail for 400 JPY per turn and are scheduled to launch on May 25, 2026.
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of the elven mage Frieren, who, with her exceptionally long lifespan, once journeyed with the hero Himmel and his party to defeat the Demon King. Only after Himmel's passing does Frieren begin to truly grasp the fleeting yet brilliant nature of human life. To better understand human emotions, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery, accompanied by the disciples of her former comrades.
The "Shoulder-Lean Fig. Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" collection captures popular characters in the series' signature shoulder-resting pose. Each figure stands approximately 5.3 cm tall and features Frieren, Fern, Stark, and Himmel. Despite their adorable proportions, the figures meticulously recreate each character's in-show attire and are designed with dynamic poses that reflect their unique personalities. From Stark dozing off with his mouth agape to Himmel's subtle peeking expression, each detail is charming. Displaying them all lined up together creates a super heartwarming scene of the party resting side-by-side!
