In a surprising development for HBO's new "Harry Potter" series, a recasting has been announced today. Child actor Gracie Cochrane (pictured above, left), who was cast as Ginny Weasley in the first season, has released a statement confirming she will not return for season two. The statement did not specify the reason for her departure, only citing "unforeseen circumstances." HBO also issued a statement supporting her decision.
