Bandai Candy, the Shokugan division of Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced a brand-new product: the "Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon Assemble Collection Vol.01 Default Color Set," scheduled for release in September 2026. This item will be sold exclusively through Bandai's official online store, Premium Bandai.
Developed by FromSoftware, "Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon" marks the highly anticipated return of the "Armored Core" series after a decade-long hiatus. The game's story unfolds on the remote planet Rubicon 3, where humanity discovered the mysterious new substance known as Coral. Initially believed to be a revolutionary energy source capable of accelerating technological advancement, Coral instead triggered a catastrophic event that engulfed the entire star system. Nearly a century later, the terrifying Coral has become the target of various off-world corporations and resistance groups. Players once again step into the role of Raven, a mercenary piloting an Armored Core, infiltrating Rubicon and delving deeper into the heart of this escalating conflict.
The "Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon Assemble Collection Vol.01" transforms several iconic Armored Cores from the game into highly detailed, approximately 6 cm tall chibi-style figures. These figures boast intricate detailing and vibrant colors, faithfully recreating the game's high degree of customization. Parts such as the head, core, arms, legs, right arm weapon, left arm weapon, right shoulder weapon, and left shoulder weapon are all detachable and interchangeable. The first wave features four popular ACs: LOADER 4, TASOGARE, IRON MIST, and MILK TEETH.
Compared to the standard retail version, this set includes all four AC units and their armaments. However, the color scheme for all four machines has been unified to a consistent gray tone. This ensures a more cohesive look when displayed together or when mixing and matching parts, and even provides a perfect base for custom paint jobs.
