Hong Kong toy manufacturer threezero's "DLX" series, renowned for its 7 to 12-inch mecha action figures, is launching an exciting new product based on the "Bumblebee" movie: the "Bumblebee (Cybertron Mode) Limited Edition" action figure. This highly anticipated collectible is priced at US$159.9 and is slated for release in Q4 2026!
Released in 2018, the film "Bumblebee" depicts the fierce war on Cybertron, where Autobot leader Optimus Prime dispatches Bumblebee to Earth to establish a base, ordering all Autobots to leave Cybertron while he stays behind to confront the Decepticons. Upon arriving on Earth, Bumblebee is unfortunately struck by lightning, losing his memory. He gradually recalls his mission only after encountering and embarking on an adventure with the film's protagonist, Charlie Watson.
This "Bumblebee (Cybertron Mode)" figure stands approximately 20.3 cm (8 inches) tall, meticulously crafted to replicate Bumblebee's appearance during the opening Cybertron War sequence of the film. It utilizes a high-quality die-cast metal frame and features all-new chest armor, torso, back wings, and other intricate parts. The figure exquisitely captures the Cybertronian form's technological aesthetic, further enhanced by superb weathering paintwork that conveys its battle-hardened look. Its eyes also boast an LED light-up function, allowing seamless switching between standard blue and battle-mode red illumination!
For accessories, the figure includes three interchangeable faceplates, three pairs of interchangeable hands, an arm cannon, arm cannon armor, a battle mask head sculpt, clear blast effect parts, and the Stinger Sword. The Limited Edition further sweetens the deal by offering two different styles of the Stinger Sword, providing even more display options. With 55 points of articulation throughout the body and a stable die-cast metal frame, collectors can confidently pose Bumblebee in a wide array of dynamic stances!
