World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys has revealed two new products based on the upcoming "Masters of the Universe" film: the He-Man and Skeletor 1/6 scale collectible figures. The upcoming "Masters of the Universe" reboot film, set to premiere next week, tells the story of ten-year-old Adam Green, who crashes on his mother's home planet Earth and loses the Power Sword. Twenty years later, he reclaims the Power Sword and takes on the mission to protect his home, fighting against evil forces with the help of his allies Teela and Captain Duncan. The full trailer was officially released recently, building immense anticipation for the movie's debut!
This 1/6 scale He-Man collectible figure stands approximately 31 cm tall. The sculpt intricately captures the facial features of actor Nicholas Galitzine, with finely detailed skin textures and flowing blonde hair. The eyes feature independent articulation, allowing for dynamic adjustments to his determined gaze. The body utilizes a specially developed platinum silicone muscular seamless body, exclusive to He-Man, realistically showcasing his powerful chest muscles and reproducing the robust arms and thighs with a seamless design. Inside, a highly articulated metal skeleton allows for a wide range of poses, including the iconic moment of raising the Power Sword, enhanced by multiple interchangeable hands.
The costume, inspired by the film's design, recreates He-Man's battle skirt using durable micro-fiber faux leather. The silver chest armor's iconic emblem is also intricately sculpted and faithfully reproduced. The most crucial weapon, the Power Sword, features a high-quality metallic silver paint application and comes with lightning effects that can be wrapped around the blade to recreate powerful battle scenes. Additionally, the figure includes a Castle Grayskull-themed display base, perfect for showcasing the figure, and can be paired with the simultaneously revealed Skeletor figure to recreate epic combat scenes!
