BANDAI SPIRITS' BANDAI HOBBY division, known for its character model kit line "30 MINUTES PREFERENCE," has officially announced its latest release from "Sgt. Frog": the "Powered Natsumi & Corporal Giroro" model kit, slated for November 2026.
The "KLL-00723-GT Powered Natsumi" first appeared in the "KERORO Platoon 24 Hours" arc of the original manga. This enhanced combat form sees Natsumi Hinata donning the "Earthling Natsumi Exclusive Defensive Reinforcement Suit" granted by Corporal Giroro, significantly boosting her abilities. Her body, based on a school swimsuit, is largely covered in reinforced armor and equipped with a beam rifle, proton beam saber, and shield. Additionally, light wings, reminiscent of fairy wings, can deploy from her back.
The "30MP Powered Natsumi & Corporal Giroro" model kit meticulously recreates both characters' appearances and colors through precise part separation and color molding. Powered Natsumi faithfully reproduces the school swimsuit base layer, the blue, white, and red armor sections, and her armaments such as the "rifle" and "shield," all while featuring highly flexible articulation. Accessories include two pre-printed face parts – a "smiling face" and a "left-gazing smiling face" – along with blank face parts for custom expressions and water-slide decals. Her distinctive light wings are reproduced using PET sheets. The included, same-scale Corporal Giroro also boasts articulated neck and limbs, and comes with two rifles he can hold in both hands.
