Bandai's GASHAPON division is set to launch an exciting new product alongside their "Tamagotchi Plush Charms": the "Tamagotchi Carry Case Collection" capsule toys! These adorable collectibles will retail for 500 JPY per capsule and are slated for release in the third week of June 2026.
The "Tamagotchi Carry Case Collection" transforms the classic electronic pet's iconic shell into a charming doll carry case, standing approximately 8.8 cm tall. The lineup features five delightful designs: a pink Tamagotchi with Mametchi, a light blue Tamagotchi with Marutchi, a translucent rainbow Tamagotchi with Kuchipatchi, an orange Tamagotchi with Masktchi, and a "New Species Discovered!! White (Pattern) Tamagotchi" featuring Mimitchi. Each case meticulously recreates the original plastic texture and buttons. Inside, you'll find a printed card displaying a "raising screen," giving the illusion that your Tamagotchi is peeking out from within! Best of all, these cases are designed to perfectly complement the simultaneously released "Tamagotchi Plush Charms," allowing you to store and display your plush friends inside, just like you're truly raising them in their digital homes. You'll definitely want to collect both to complete the experience!
