Fans of Kevin Hart's comedy films might have noticed a pattern: he frequently teams up with action stars. Actors like John Cena, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Mark Wahlberg have all shared the screen with Hart, either as partners or rivals. The latest action star to join forces with Hart is Henry Cavill, who is set to co-lead a new spy action-comedy with him.

Deadline exclusively reported this morning that Hart and Cavill have signed on to star in an untitled Netflix spy comedy. The project will be directed by McG, known for helming the popular 2000 film "Charlie's Angels." The screenplay comes from brothers Adam Nee and Aaron Nee, who directed "The Lost City," and Jonathan Tropper, a writer on "The Adam Project."

The film is based on a short story by Sean Lewis. The plot follows two rival spies who unexpectedly cross paths at a Lamaze birthing class, where their wives quickly become friends. Their double lives soon intertwine in unforeseen, hilarious, and dangerous ways, forcing the two men to become confidants and partners as they embark on the journey of fatherhood.
