Mattel Brick Shop, the building block brand under American toy giant Mattel, is set to release a new 1/12 scale model of the legendary supercar, the "Lamborghini Miura P400 SV," this summer, priced at $130 USD.
This marks the second 1/12 scale building block model car in Mattel Brick Shop's PREMIUM series, following the previous "Mercedes-Benz 300 SL." The new Miura P400 SV boasts a vibrant orange color scheme, meticulously crafted with intricate bricks to capture the Lamborghini Miura's iconic body curves. Enthusiasts can admire the opening "horn-style" doors, a nod to Lamborghini's bull emblem, and the classic "exposed pop-up" headlights with manually adjustable angles. Lifting the rear hood reveals a beautifully detailed V12 mid-engine, uniquely presented in a "transverse layout." Shifting focus to the front, collectors will appreciate the steerable front wheels that synchronize with the steering wheel, along with an opening front trunk that houses a spare tire, among other rich details.
The set also thoughtfully includes two sets of metallic wheel covers, along with customizable brick accessories such as a spoiler, front bumper, and wheel arches. Coupled with racing-style custom decals, builders can choose to display the model in its original road-going configuration or swap in the track kit for a fierce competitive look, enjoying a 2-in-1 building experience.
What's more, the set comes with a limited edition 1/64 scale Hot Wheels die-cast Miura car and a commemorative plaque, allowing collectors to display them side-by-side to create the ultimate "Raging Bull" legend showcase.
