TAITO Corporation, a Japanese company known for its "DRESSTA" series that combines figures with dynamic effect parts, has announced its latest release from the classic anime "Yu Yu Hakusho": the "DRESSTA Kurama" scale figure. Priced at 8,800 JPY, the figure is slated for release in November 2026!
Kurama (くらま), a popular character from "Yu Yu Hakusho," is a powerful demon fox whose original form was a notorious thief from the Demon World. He grew up in the human world under the guise of Shuichi Minamino. As a human, Kurama is a handsome young man with red hair and green eyes, known for his excellent grades and gentle demeanor. When he transforms into his demon fox form, he boasts long silver-white hair, golden eyes, a fox tail, and ears, adopting a more arrogant and cold attitude. He wields various demon plants as weapons, most famously the Rose Whip, which is formed from a rose.
The "DRESSTA Kurama" scale figure captures the elegant moment Kurama unleashes his signature special move, the "Rose Whirlwind Dance," with rose petals gracefully falling around him!
