Good Smile Company's "Reincarnation" series, which brings classic PVC figures back as model kits, has announced an exciting new product: Makise Kurisu from the popular game "Steins;Gate," slated for release in December 2026.

Makise Kurisu is a genius girl who returned from studying abroad in America. After discovering the time machine developed by Rintaro Okabe and his friends, she became Future Gadget Lab Member No. 004. Okabe gave her various nicknames like "Assistant" and "Christina." She's strong-willed, a tsundere, and passionate about experiments, gradually becoming Okabe Rintaro's closest friend and emotional support through countless time loops.

The "Reincarnation Makise Kurisu" model kit is based on the 1/8 scale Makise Kurisu PVC figure released in 2012. Utilizing original 3D modeling data and metal mold technology, the kit has been reverse-engineered to rearrange part separation and overall structure while ensuring the sculpt remains identical to the original PVC. Notably, Hironori Tokunaga, the sculptor responsible for the original PVC version, is also handling the prototype for this new kit.

This product faithfully recreates her slender physique from the original work. It utilizes multi-color part separation, water-slide decals, and pre-painted parts to reproduce the intricate color divisions. The face parts include both a version with pre-printed eyes and an unpainted version with eye decals, allowing collectors to choose based on their preference!
