Some fans may recall that a few years ago, when Marvel Studios was still developing "The Fantastic Four: First Steps," Margot Robbie was a top contender for the role of Invisible Woman. Rumors at the time suggested Robbie had discussed the possibility of starring with Marvel. While Robbie ultimately did not take the role—which later went to Vanessa Kirby—this doesn't mean she won't have another opportunity to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to recent claims from the prominent entertainment scooper MyTimeToShineHello, Marvel has reportedly set its sights on Robbie to join the new "X-Men" film, portraying the mutant White Queen, Emma Frost. However, Robbie isn't the only name being floated for the White Queen role. MyTimeToShineHello also reported two months ago that Marvel was considering Sydney Sweeney for the part. Both reports could prove accurate, as casting lists typically include multiple contenders. Ultimately, who will be chosen or accept the role remains to be seen until an official announcement from the studio.
