GOOD SMILE COMPANY has announced the latest addition to their lineup from the popular virtual YouTuber group "hololive production": the "Sakura Miko Date Style Private Clothes Ver." 1/7 scale figure, slated for release in September 2027!
Sakura Miko (さくらみこ), an "elite shrine maiden" from the computer world, was dispatched to Japan by the gods. However, after encountering "moe" culture, she gradually transformed into a more laid-back character. While fulfilling her duties as a shrine maiden, she also dedicates herself to idol training. Known for her unique, sometimes indecipherable, baby-like voice, she continues to stream energetically every day!
The "Sakura Miko Date Style Private Clothes Ver." figure stands 24 cm tall, faithfully recreating her private outfit that debuted in 2021. Sculpted in a dynamic, single-leg leaping pose, the figure features flowing elements that capture a sense of movement. Every detail across her body has been meticulously reproduced, from her plaid pleated skirt and cream-colored cardigan to her small handbag. These elements are brought to life with intricate paintwork and sculpting techniques that replicate the texture and volume of the fabric.
