Sculpted by Kenichi Tanaka, both the Godzilla Minus One head sculpt and the Gojira head sculpt boast incredibly intricate and three-dimensional skin details, faithfully recreating their respective movie appearances. Following the approach for recent hollow-printed kits, these were solidified using a filling material. The painting process meticulously brought out the rich, three-dimensional sculpted details. Multiple colors were repeatedly applied through a combination of brush painting and airbrushing, aiming to capture the film's realism and sense of immense weight. For both the eyes and mouth, as well as the facial scars on the Minus One head sculpt, a multi-layered color technique was employed to achieve a lifelike, organic feel. Finally, the logos on the bases were painted in movie-accurate colors. Specifically, for the Gojira base logo, the firelight symbolizing the iconic Odo Island scene was meticulously rendered onto the "Gojira" characters. We hope you enjoy this build!
