Further bolstering the production, 21 Laps Entertainment, the company behind Netflix hits like "Stranger Things" and "All the Light We Cannot See," is also on board. Shawn Levy (pictured above), director of the upcoming "Deadpool & Wolverine" and founder of 21 Laps, will serve as an executive producer to help bring the series to life.

In addition to 21 Laps, Story Kitchen, a production company with prior experience adapting video game IPs, including the live-action "Sonic the Hedgehog" film series and the Netflix animated series "Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft," is also part of the producing team for the "Persona" adaptation.
