TAMASHII NATIONS, Bandai Spirits' collectors division, has announced the latest addition to their popular S.H.Figuarts action figure line: "Gero Hikaru" from the hit manga/anime "Marriage Toxin," slated for a January 2027 release!
Gero Hikaru, a "poison user" born into a prestigious assassin family, took on the responsibility of producing an heir to secure his sister and her girlfriend's romantic freedom. During a mission, he unexpectedly encountered the gender-ambiguous "marriage swindler" Shirasaki Mei (who claims to be male). Gero, notoriously awkward with women, rescued Shirasaki on the condition that Shirasaki assist him in finding a marriage partner. This marked the beginning of a thrilling urban adventure, revolving around arranged dates with a diverse cast of captivating women!
The "S.H.Figuarts Gero Hikaru" stands at 15.5 cm tall, faithfully recreating the poison user's professional attire. The figure boasts the S.H.Figuarts line's signature articulation design, ensuring dynamic poseability, while his trench coat is crafted from soft vinyl material. It comes equipped with four interchangeable face plates, including a damaged face and a gas mask face, with some options allowing for recreating his look without glasses. Also included are two types of left hand parts and three types of right hand parts, featuring both gloved and ungloved options, as well as hands designed to hold his in-series weapons like the reinforced poison needle and "Cleaner Net King Fire." This figure can be displayed alongside the "S.H.Figuarts Shirasaki Mei", which is also available for pre-order.
