Japanese model maker MEGAHOUSE has announced the latest addition to its miniature diorama series, "PETITRAMA," with the upcoming release of "PETITRAMA EX Godzilla 01" from the "Godzilla" tokusatsu film series, slated for November 2026.
These mini dioramas, standing approximately 9 cm tall, bring to life the iconic monster imagery from the "Godzilla" film series. Rather than strictly adhering to the monster suits or CG scenes from the movies, some monsters have been re-sculpted with a more biological and dynamic feel, showcasing fiercer personalities and battle stances. Combined with intricate scene elements and effect parts, each piece is packed with a sense of realism.
The first wave will feature three monsters: Burning Godzilla (1995), King Ghidorah (1991), and Godzilla (2016). Through meticulous detail sculpting and vibrant paint applications, these figures recreate Burning Godzilla's uncontrollable energy meltdown and its unique "Nuclear Pulse" attack state, alongside King Ghidorah and Godzilla (2016) depicted with more organic, fluid movements and powerful stances that offer a fresh take on their film appearances.

・Godzilla (2016)
Furthermore, the "Set Version," available through retailers like PREMIUM BANDAI, replaces Godzilla (2016) with the "Awakening Ver.," featuring a striking purple glow across its body. Not only is the main body repainted, but it also comes with dedicated interchangeable parts, allowing collectors to recreate the spectacular explosive scene of Godzilla unleashing its heat ray with an open mouth, attacking buildings!
