Japan's Bandai Spirits, under its POKEMON CHANGE transforming toy series based on the "Pokémon" franchise, has announced its latest product: "Riolu / Lucario." Priced at 2,310 JPY, it is scheduled for release on July 25, 2026!
The "POKEMON CHANGE" transforming toy series allows fans to repeatedly enjoy the transformation between a Pokémon's pre-evolution and evolved forms. Through an expandable and adjustable joint transformation mechanism, along with internal parts, the series combines collectibility, playability, and the joy of evolution. It faithfully recreates the classic evolution scenes from the anime and games while preserving the Pokémon's original designs.
With the "POKEMON CHANGE Riolu / Lucario," you can expand the outer shell and adjust the joints to instantly transform the adorable Riolu into the powerful and cool Lucario. Attach the included internal parts to complete Lucario's signature arm spikes! Despite the complex interlocking transformation structure, both the pre- and post-transformation forms faithfully reproduce the original proportions and details.
