Bandai's GASHAPON division is set to release a delightful new collection of capsule toys based on the beloved animated series "SpongeBob SquarePants." Titled "SpongeBob: Mogumogu Kakurenbo" (tentative English translation: "SpongeBob: Mouth Full Hide-and-Seek"), these adorable figures will retail for 400 JPY per play and are slated for release in the fourth week of July 2026.
The "SpongeBob: Mouth Full Hide-and-Seek" series features SpongeBob and his friends in charming, dessert-themed hiding poses. The collection includes four unique designs: SpongeBob A as an ice cream cone, SpongeBob B as a peanut, Patrick Star as a chocolate ice cream, and Gary the Snail with his shell transformed into a donut! Each miniature figure boasts intricate sculpting that captures the characters' sweet disguises, with detailed paintwork replicating the textures of ice cream, frosting, and chocolate sprinkles. These figures are incredibly cute when displayed together, making them a must-have for any SpongeBob fan!
