The LEGO Pokémon series is set to release a brand-new set, "72150 Munchlax," on August 1, 2026. This highly anticipated build will retail for $69.99 and includes 757 pieces.
Munchlax, Pokédex number 446, is a beloved Generation IV Normal-type Pokémon and the pre-evolutionary form of Snorlax. Known for its insatiable appetite, Munchlax must consume an amount of food equal to its own weight every day, without caring about the taste. This gluttonous and often clumsy Pokémon frequently forgets food it has hidden in its fur, making it a highly popular and charming character in the series.
This new set depicts Munchlax in a relaxed sitting pose, perched on a tree stump adorned with vibrant flowers and mushrooms. In front of it, a whole apple sits alongside two already-eaten apple cores, a scene design that perfectly captures Munchlax's famously voracious nature.
Joining Munchlax in this wave are the impressive 72160 Arcanine (1,190 pieces / $109.99) and the majestic 72168 Rayquaza (1,083 pieces / $129.99).
Following up in October are the "72154 Poké Ball Display Set" (2,343 pieces / $299.99) and the "40868 Upscaled Red Figure" (930 pieces / $79.99). These five sets collectively form the complete LEGO Pokémon lineup for the second half of 2026, offering an exciting array of builds for collectors.
