Hong Kong-based model manufacturer FLAME TOYS recently unveiled a new addition to its "Kuro Kara Kuri" die-cast action figure series: the "Transformers Skywarp" die-cast action figure. Priced at US$400, the figure is slated for release in March 2027.

Skywarp, a key Decepticon alongside Starscream and Thundercracker, boasts exceptional aerial combat skills and teleportation abilities. Known for his simple yet mischievous personality, he often employs his teleportation for tactical ambushes or pranks. In the original TAKARA toy prototypes, Skywarp shared the same mold as Starscream and Thundercracker, differing only in color scheme.

This Kuro Kara Kuri Skywarp figure stands approximately 21 cm (8.27 inches) tall and features a die-cast zinc alloy internal frame. With over 40 points of articulation, it allows for stable yet dynamic posing. The sculpt meticulously captures the mecha's geometric lines and intricate panel details, while the delicate paint application faithfully reproduces his iconic purple, black, and gold color scheme. LED light-up functions are also integrated into the eyes, chest, and cockpit, adding an impressive presence to any display.

Accessories include four interchangeable faceplates, six pairs of alternate hands, a pair of Null Rays, and various armor parts like wings and protective plating. Furthermore, pre-ordering through select retailers will net you a bonus "Rock 'n Roll" figure, Skywarp's G.I. Joe partner from the IDW Hasbro comic series, allowing fans to recreate their interactions from the comics!
