Bandai Spirits is set to release the latest addition to its "Ultraman" themed action figure line, the ULTRA ACTION FIGURE NEO series, with the announcement of the "Ultraman Zero DX Set." This highly anticipated figure is scheduled to launch on September 19, 2026.
The son of Ultraman Seven, Ultraman Zero is renowned for his exceptional warrior prowess, often hailed as the Land of Light's strongest young fighter. In his youth, however, Zero's overconfidence led him to seek greater power by approaching the forbidden Plasma Spark Tower. For this transgression, he was ostensibly exiled from the Land of Light, but in truth, his father sent him to the remote K76 Star to be rigorously trained by the legendary Ultraman Leo and Astra. When the rogue Ultraman Belial escaped imprisonment and plunged the galaxy into crisis, a matured Zero returned to the Land of Light as a formidable warrior, utilizing his hard-earned combat skills to successfully repel Belial.
The "ULTRA ACTION FIGURE NEO Ultraman Zero DX Set" is a significant overhaul of the previous ULTRA ACTION FIGURE release. It features drastically improved articulation, with added movable joints and enhanced structures in key areas such as the head, shoulders, chest, hands, thighs, and feet. Coupled with six included interchangeable hand parts, collectors can pose Ultraman Zero in even more dynamic and explosive action stances.
This deluxe DX version also comes packed with an array of iconic accessories. It includes the powerful enhanced equipment granted by Ultraman Noa: the "Ultimate Aegis" and "Ultimate Bracelet." Also featured is the "Zero Cape," bestowed upon him by Ultraman Leo as a symbol of his recognition as a full-fledged warrior. For weaponry, the set includes the "Zero Twin Sword," formed by combining his two head boomerangs, and a brand-new power-up item imbued with the immense strength of past Ultramen: the "Eye of Light."
