Japanese figure manufacturer Kotobukiya has announced a brand new 1/7 scale pre-painted figure of "Hindenburg" from the popular mobile game "Azur Lane." Pre-orders are now open, with a deadline of September 15, 2026. The figure is slated for release in March 2027 and will retail for 37,950 JPY (tax included).
In "Azur Lane," Hindenburg is a Special Project Ship affiliated with the Iron Blood faction. She refers to herself as "The Slothful Archdevil" and addresses the Commander as "Contractor." Despite her lazy and often bored demeanor, she consistently completes missions with astonishing efficiency. This stark contrast between her personality and her formidable performance has made her a highly popular character among players. Her true name is Hildegard.
This 1/7 scale figure captures Hindenburg in a relaxed, standing pose. Her striking dark red long hair faithfully recreates the silhouette from her original illustration, delivering an overwhelming presence only a figure can provide. The costume, primarily black, features meticulous paint applications in various colors, meticulously reproducing the hard texture of her armor, the soft feel of her chest and abdomen, and the intricate details of her lace and corset. Special attention has also been paid to the translucent and constrained appearance of her thighs. Her captivating dark red eyes complete the look, and the display base's support pillar is detachable.
Purchases made through the official Kotobukiya store will receive an exclusive bonus "interchangeable face part."
