From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, the "S.H.MonsterArts" series, known for its intricate monster sculpts and exceptional articulation, has unveiled the painted prototype for its latest entry: "Kaiser Ghidorah" from the film "Godzilla: Final Wars." A release date has yet to be announced.

Kaiser Ghidorah, the formidable foe that engaged Godzilla in a deadly final battle in "Godzilla: Final Wars," stands as the most formidable subspecies of the Ghidorah lineage—the "Emperor." This colossal kaiju boasts immense size and power, capable of easily overwhelming Godzilla. Beyond the Ghidorah family's characteristic gravity manipulation, Kaiser Ghidorah also unleashes devastating anti-gravity beams, far more potent than standard gravity beams. It initially arrived on Earth concealed within a massive hollow meteorite, part of the Xiliens' fabricated "Gorath" asteroid, and first appeared as the agile "Monster X" to battle Godzilla. Only after the Xiliens' demise did it transform into its true, terrifying form.

The revealed prototype for "S.H.MonsterArts Kaiser Ghidorah" showcases a scale similar to the "S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla (2004)," faithfully capturing its imposing, massive physique, its armor-like thick hide, and the distinct designs of its three heads. The figure features a striking black and gold gradient paint application that enhances its organic texture. Furthermore, the figure incorporates the series' signature intricate articulation engineering, allowing for dynamic posing of its mouth, neck, legs, and wings, all while maintaining a seamless sculpt that conceals the joint mechanisms.
