Korean model maker BLITZWAY, known for its robot-themed die-cast action figure "CARBOTIX" series, has announced a brand new sub-line: "CARBOTIX POP." The inaugural release for this new series is "CARBOTIX POP Bob" from the "Minions" film franchise. It's priced at 4,950 JPY and is slated for release in November 2026!
Combining cuteness, premium die-cast feel, and abundant playability, the "CARBOTIX POP Bob" expands the line into a charming chibi scale. BLITZWAY has utilized its renowned die-cast alloy technology to perfectly sculpt Bob's short, chubby, and round Minion physique. While the figure stands at a palm-sized 105mm tall, it boasts a substantial weight of 235 grams, thanks to its construction from a composite of die-cast alloy, ABS, and PVC, giving it a satisfying heft in hand.
Beyond its faithful appearance, the figure also features CARBOTIX's astonishing first-ever "movable eyeball" design, allowing collectors to freely adjust the gaze of Bob's distinctive green and brown heterochromatic eyes. Paired with interchangeable face parts, you can pose Bob with a mischievous side-glance or an innocent, adorable front-facing expression, offering a wide range of emotional displays. An embedded LED light unit further enhances the figure with a futuristic, illuminated effect. The accessories are equally impressive, including Bob's beloved teddy bear "Tim," headphones, and a banana! The banana cleverly conceals a "magnetic activation function" that controls the LED light switch, adding a fun, interactive element to play.
The same series will also simultaneously release "Kevin" and "Stuart," with a "DX Deluxe Version" that includes all three characters in one package!
