The official synopsis for "The Haunting of Hotel Transylvania" states that after Dracula's retirement, his daughter Mavis takes over the hotel's operations. However, a series of bizarre occurrences soon shroud the resort in an eerie atmosphere, forcing Dracula and his companions on their most captivating adventure yet: uncovering the secrets behind "The Haunting of Hotel Transylvania."
Regarding distribution, Sony Pictures will handle the film's release in North America, while Amazon MGM Studios will manage international territories. This arrangement stems from a deal made during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Sony licensed the fourth film, "Hotel Transylvania: Transformania," directly to Amazon's Prime Video streaming platform. As part of that original agreement, Amazon was set to continue its involvement in the distribution of the next installment.
