Deadline reports that TriStar Pictures, a subsidiary of Sony Pictures, has secured the film adaptation rights to "Cartoon Cat," another popular internet monster created by Trevor Henderson, the mastermind behind "Siren Head." Roy Lee, who is producing the "Siren Head" movie, is also set to produce the "Cartoon Cat" film.

However, "Siren Head" and "Cartoon Cat" will be developed by different studios. While TriStar Pictures is behind "Cartoon Cat," Warner Bros. Pictures is producing and distributing "Siren Head."
