Danish toy brand LEGO has officially unveiled its latest NINJAGO series product, the "71870 The Twin Titan Mechs," set to release on August 1, 2026. Priced at $139.99, the set includes 1,707 bricks.
The set is themed around the latest NINJAGO storyline, "Duskfall," and features titanium mechs piloted by Kai and Nya. This highly anticipated mech set is a standout addition to the NINJAGO lineup.
Both titanium mechs feature extensive articulation, including movable heads, necks, shoulders, legs, knees, and ankles, allowing for a wide range of dynamic battle poses. Their arms and weapons are interchangeable between the two mechs, enabling unique combat scenarios. The set also includes a display stand, perfect for showcasing one of the titanium mechs in a dynamic aerial pose on a bookshelf or display shelf.
One of the biggest highlights of this set is the minifigures' face-swapping feature. Kai and Nya's minifigure heads can be flipped to reveal the faces of new characters from the Duskfall storyline: Jin and Mira. Additionally, an Oni Warrior minifigure is included, allowing fans to recreate epic battles between good and evil.
• Two other sets in the same series, "71871 Dragon Blade Battle" ($99.99, 1,016 pieces) and "71872 Ultimate Dragon Showdown" ($199.99, 2,178 pieces), are also scheduled for release on August 1, 2026.
