Danish toy brand LEGO has officially unveiled its latest Minecraft® series product, the "21582 Chicken Jockey." This set is slated for release on August 1, 2026, with a suggested retail price of $29.99 and includes 344 pieces.
The "Chicken Jockey" is an exceptionally rare and unique hostile mob combination found in the Minecraft game. This amusing yet surprisingly powerful threat forms when a baby zombie rides on a chicken, creating a widely discussed phenomenon among players. Its popularity has seen a resurgence with the recent success of "MINECRAFT The Movie."
This new set faithfully recreates one of the game's most iconic and humorous moments in brick form. It includes three buildable characters: a baby zombie (featuring ball joints in its legs, arms, and head for flexible posing), a chicken (with posable wings and legs), and a chick. The baby zombie can be directly attached to the studs on the chicken's back, perfectly replicating the in-game Chicken Jockey appearance. Notably, this set is completely sticker-free, with all intricate details achieved through brick-building, a consistent commitment from the LEGO Minecraft series.
