Making a powerful debut in the 1991 film "Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah," Mecha King Ghidorah is a cyborg kaiju created to stop Godzilla from destroying Japan. It was formed by taking the severely wounded King Ghidorah, after its battle with Godzilla, and integrating 23rd-century futuristic technology. Its lost head was replaced with a mechanical one, and mechanical implants were integrated into its body and wings. Its chest is equipped with high-voltage electric capture claws and chains designed to restrain Godzilla. Piloted by Emmy Kano, it engaged Godzilla in a climactic final battle in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
The HIYA TOYS "EXQUISITE BASIC Mecha King Ghidorah Battle Damaged Version" 13-inch non-scale action figure stands approximately 33 cm (13 inches) tall. It faithfully recreates its awe-inspiring appearance from the climactic final battle in Shinjuku, Tokyo, featuring multiple points of articulation throughout its body. The figure accurately reproduces the movie's color scheme, with realistic visual effects achieved through paintwork that highlights the textural contrast between its golden scales and silver-gray metallic armor. Its massive wings authentically replicate the damage and tears sustained during its fierce battle with Godzilla, with extensive battle scars meticulously rendered across its entire body!
The mechanical head, metallic wings, and intricate sculpted details perfectly blend the organic and mechanical elements seen in the film. Every detail, from the organic textures to the mechanical components and the appearance of battle damage, has been meticulously recreated. Accessories include the capture mechanical arm, four restraining cables, and connecting clips used to ensnare Godzilla. These parts can be attached by removing the abdominal armor cover and opening the side armor hatches. Additionally, three yellow, green, and red Gravity Beam effect parts are included, allowing collectors to recreate the Shinjuku showdown in their own unique ways!
