Japanese model kit manufacturer Kotobukiya has announced the latest addition to its popular "Frame Arms Girl" mecha musume model kit series: "Mizuki School Swimsuit Ver.", slated for release in December 2026.
Mizuki is a brand-new character derived from the popular "Magatsuki" mecha, reimagined as a beautiful girl by illustrator Eiji Komatsu. This new design features a cute hairstyle, a voluptuous figure, and a classic school swimsuit. This kit re-engineers the previously KOTOBUKIYA SHOP-exclusive school swimsuit garage kit into a full-fledged model kit. It includes newly sculpted parts for the hair, body, and thighs, meticulously recreating Mizuki's stunning, full-figured physique.
The school swimsuit body boasts impressive articulation, including pull-out shoulder and thigh joints, as well as sliding hip joints. These features allow for a wide range of dynamic, sexy, and adorable poses. The kit comes with three pre-painted face parts: a "serious face," a "smiling face," and an "anxious face." Five pairs of PVC interchangeable hands are also included. For ultimate customization, three different chest sizes (small, medium, and large) are provided, allowing builders to choose their preferred look. Additionally, water-slide decals are included for the pupils and the name on the chest, perfect for use with the blank face parts to create custom expressions.
