Japanese capsule toy manufacturer RAINBOW has announced a new line of miniature models, "Haka Sugite Shinu!", which shrinks down various tombstones and graves into the perfect diorama accessories for figure photography. The complete collection features four different styles, with a reference price of 200 JPY per capsule, and is scheduled for release in Japan in October 2026.

The name "Haka Sugite Shinu!" roughly translates to "So Grave It's Deadly!", a darkly humorous title for a set of surprisingly detailed and serious graveyard sculpts. This isn't a collaboration with any specific franchise or character, but rather a versatile set of miniature scene props that can be freely paired with figures of various sizes. Whether your character has been defeated in battle, is just taking a long nap, or has been officially "retired" from your collection, placing them next to one of these tombstones instantly creates a memorable, story-filled photo.

The lineup includes a Western-style tombstone engraved with "RIP" in red, complete with a bone lying beside it; a wooden cross set in a mound of dirt called the "Wooden Grave"; a stone cross tombstone adorned with red stains and a skull, known as the "Stone Grave"; and an old wooden signpost set on a pile of rocks, the "Wooden Sign". Each piece stands approximately 28–35 mm tall and features detailed cracks, wood grain, dirt, and weathered paint applications. Despite their small size, they pack a ton of morbid atmosphere and grimly fun details.

Perfect for pairing with action figures, mini-figures, or for giving a final resting place to those characters in your display case who "no longer have a role to play," this tombstone model set is an incredibly versatile photography prop. For just 200 JPY a pop, you can secure a prime piece of real estate for your figures. It's tempting enough to make you want to collect all four and build a miniature cemetery right on your desk.
