Good Smile Company, a leading Japanese figure manufacturer, has announced the latest addition to its popular Nendoroid series: "Nendoroid Firefly" from the hit mobile game "Honkai: Star Rail." This charming new figure is slated for release in April 2027!
Firefly first appeared on Penacony, the second planet the protagonist Trailblazer visits, where she approached them as a newcomer artist and shared a brief adventure. Her true identity was later revealed to be a "Glamoth Knight," a human weapon designed for propagation. After the fall of the Glamoth Empire, she was taken in by the Stellaron Hunters and made public appearances as "Sam." Firefly suffers from "Entropy Loss Syndrome," a condition caused by genetic modification, which forces her to spend most of her time in a stasis pod or her battle armor. Her story delves into themes of confronting death and the meaning of rebirth. Firefly's initial "girlfriend-like" persona, combined with the unwavering inner strength she demonstrates later in the story, has made her an incredibly popular character among fans.
The "Nendoroid Firefly" stands approximately 10 cm tall, faithfully recreating her endearing in-game design. Her gradient green outfit, inspired by fireflies, is meticulously reproduced through detailed paintwork and segmented parts. For expression parts, this Nendoroid comes equipped with a "Serious Face" featuring Entropy Loss Syndrome markings spreading across her cheek, a standard "Gentle Face," and a "Smiling Face" that perfectly captures a classic scene from the opening animation, "Unsleeping Night"! Accessories include an unfolded "Sam Transformation Device," "Firefly's Budget" (the small wallet she used to buy food for the Trailblazer during a memorable main story date), and the "Oak Roll Cake" that appears in the game. These accessories, combined with multiple interchangeable hand parts, allow collectors to recreate a variety of iconic poses!
