Following the releases of Caster/Altria and Shielder/Mash, BANDAI SPIRITS' original mecha girl model kit line, "30 MINUTES SISTERS" (30MS), under its BANDAI HOBBY division, has once again teased its latest collaboration with "Fate/stay night" – the upcoming "Rin Tohsaka," slated for release in March 2027.
Rin Tohsaka, one of the main protagonists, is the current head of the prestigious Tohsaka family, a lineage of mages, and a classmate of Shirou Emiya. Raised with the family motto to "always be graceful and composed," she embodies the image of a noble and exceptional young lady. Not only is she accomplished in both academics and combat, possessing both talent and beauty, but she is also a first-rate magus proficient in all five elemental affinities, specializing in powerful gemcraft magic that utilizes expensive jewels as catalysts. To uphold her late father's legacy and family honor, she participated in the Fifth Holy Grail War, successfully summoning Archer (EMIYA) as one of the seven Masters, and later formed an alliance with Shirou Emiya.
The development CG model for "30MS Rin Tohsaka" has been revealed, currently under supervision. It faithfully recreates her signature twin-tail hairstyle, vibrant red and black outfit, and over-the-knee socks from the anime. Combining the precise molding parts and articulated joint designs cultivated by the 30MS series, fans can anticipate a rich array of interchangeable face parts and gem-like accessories to enhance playability.
