Japanese miniature maker RE-MENT has announced its latest corporate collaboration for the popular "Petit Sample" series: the "Kurukuru Mawaru, Shiawase Hitosara Kura Sushi" (roughly, "Spinning Around, A Plate of Happiness Kura Sushi") set. This collection shrinks down everything from sushi dishes and booth seating to the touchscreen ordering monitor and conveyor belt. The full series of six sets is scheduled for release on November 30, 2026, with each box priced at 1,320 JPY (tax included). Pre-orders are now open.
Kura Sushi is one of Japan's most iconic revolving sushi chains, beloved by all ages for its affordable prices, extensive menu, and the unique "Bikkura Pon!" capsule toy game. For every five plates you finish and deposit into the plate-return slot, you get a chance to win a prize from the machine—an unforgettable part of the Kura Sushi dining experience.
This new collaboration between RE-MENT and Kura Sushi recreates various classic scenes from the restaurant. The series doesn't just include a variety of sushi and side dishes, but also features miniature tables, seats, and even the touchscreen ordering monitor. Of course, the iconic "Bikkura Pon!" game is also modeled, complete with plates, the return slot, and the conveyor belt, allowing you to replicate that tense moment of anticipation after clearing five plates. From ordering to eating, the entire experience is captured in palm-sized form. Accessories from different sets can be combined to build out a more complete Kura Sushi dining space.
The full lineup includes six different sets, each capturing a unique Kura Sushi moment: "What should I order today?", "This soup is amazing~", "The tension! What's it gonna be...?", "Great value! Drinks at Kura Sushi tonight", "Revolving sushi is the best after all", and "A little weekend treat for myself!". The collection covers everything from a standard meal and noodle dishes to enjoying a drink or splurging on premium sushi.
