Following the recent release of "Lumitea First Engage Ver.", Japanese model kit manufacturer Kotobukiya is set to launch "Verlutta First Engage Ver.", the latest addition to their "ARCANADEA" series of beautiful girl assembly model kits, known for their captivating fantasy and sci-fi settings. This new kit is slated for release in February 2027!
As the second character in the ARCANADEA line, "Verlutta"'s character design is once again handled by the acclaimed necömi. She is depicted as a tsundere-type "little devil" DEARS, clever and quick-witted, though she often uses her intelligence for playful mischief. Despite her mischievous nature, she surprisingly enjoys taking care of others and finds it impossible to ignore those in need.
The "Verlutta First Engage Ver." is an upgraded assembly model kit released by Kotobukiya in conjunction with the upcoming game "ARCANADEA – Gleam Gatherers –" and its TV anime adaptation. This version focuses on easier assembly and a more accessible price point, omitting the interchangeable armed limbs and wings found in the original. The base body has also undergone several significant improvements:
It now includes two new anime-style face plates, and the right elbow joint has been redesigned with a double-jointed mechanism. A sleeveless left arm replacement part, also featuring a double-jointed elbow, is included. Verlutta's wings have been enlarged and now incorporate ball joints for vastly improved articulation. The waist has been upgraded with enhanced curves, and her pants feature the anime-style design. Her tail is a brand-new sculpt, boosting both its aesthetic and posability. The lower leg construction has been changed from left/right halves to front/back halves for a cleaner look, and the kit still comes with the same spear as the original version. Furthermore, it remains compatible with the armed limbs and wings from the previously released standard version of Verlutta! As an added bonus, the product includes an in-game item code for "ARCANADEA – Gleam Gatherers –".
