Shugo Chara! Gets Adorable Chibi Treatment in New Megahouse Chokorin Mascot Set

Japanese manufacturer Megahouse is bringing the classic anime "Shugo Chara!" to its Chokorin Mascot line, known for its compact and adorable figures perfect for taking out for photos. The new "Chokorin Mascot: Shugo Chara!" trading figure set is scheduled for a late January 2027 release, with each figure priced at 935 JPY.

"Shugo Chara!" is a shojo manga series by the creative duo PEACH-PIT, which was adapted into a popular TV anime by Satelight in 2007. The story follows protagonist Amu Hinamori, who joins the "Guardians" of Seiyo Academy—a group of students with their own "Guardian Characters." Together, they search for the Embryo, a magical egg said to grant any wish, while battling the sinister Easter Company, which corrupts people's hearts to create "X Eggs."

This "Chokorin Mascot: Shugo Chara!" set reimagines the series' most popular characters in the line's original chibi art style. The lineup includes six different figures: Amu Hinamori, Amulet Heart, Tadase Hotori, Ikuto Tsukiyomi, Utau Hoshina, and Kukai Soma! Each figure stands approximately 5cm tall with a distinct 1.5 head-to-body ratio, meticulously sculpted to capture all the details of their hairstyles and outfits. They come with a dedicated stand for display, making them incredibly cute whether lined up on a shelf or taken out for photos!
