Bandai Japan has officially unveiled the latest entry in its DX Transformation Belt series from the eighth Reiwa-era series, "Kamen Rider MY-TH"! The main rider's belt, the "DX MY-TH DRIVER," will launch with a special "First Production Limited DX MY-TH DRIVER Special Henshin Set," scheduled for release on September 5, 2026!
Based on currently available information, "Kamen Rider MY-TH" follows the "Zodiac Alliance," a group of Riders who have long battled man-eating monsters known as the "Fushigi." A century ago, the original Rat Knight was defeated by the crimson Cat Knight, Maou, and stripped of his position. In the present day, the protagonist, Otozumi Sora, uses a new driver to transform into Kamen Rider MY-TH to protect those he cares about. Meanwhile, the Zodiac Alliance, now led by Kamen Rider Maou, is making moves in the shadows, setting the stage for a three-way battle royale between Rider, Rider, and Monster!
The "First Production Limited DX MY-TH DRIVER Special Henshin Set" comes loaded with extras. In addition to the driver itself and "Ride Eggs 1," the set also includes the "Hammer Bone Buckle," "Slash Bone Buckle," "Ride Eggs 4," and "Ride Eggs 1 Origin." By combining the driver with the "Hammer Bone Buckle" and "Ride Eggs 1," you can transform into "Kamen Rider Rid." Using the "Hammer Bone Buckle" with "Ride Eggs 1 Origin" allows you to become the mysterious Rat Knight from a century ago. The "Slash Bone Buckle" and "Ride Eggs 4" unlock the female Rabbit Knight, "Kamen Rider DATT," while the driver and "Ride Eggs 4" alone create MY-TH's alternate Doll Frame form. Including the default Kamen Rider MY-TH, this set allows fans to access a total of five different Riders and forms, making it an incredibly deluxe package!
