BANDAI SPIRITS' Tamashii Nations collector's division, known for its "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" line which sculpts figures from the skeletal structure to achieve unparalleled show-accurate sculpts and natural articulation for tokusatsu heroes, has announced its latest release from the popular tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider Gaim": Kamen Rider Zangetsu. This highly anticipated figure is scheduled for release in March 2027!
Kamen Rider Zangetsu is transformed by Takatora Kureshima of the Yggdrasill Corporation using the Sengoku Driver. His Lockseed is the Melon Lockseed, and he is equipped with the Musou Saber and the Melon Defenser, making him a balanced Armored Rider excelling in both offense and defense. Thanks to Takatora's exceptional combat experience, Zangetsu possesses greater fighting power than other Riders of his class. He can even hold his own against Riders who transform using the next-generation Genesis Driver, earning him the title of the series' strongest driver!
The "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider Zangetsu" stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. The sculpt meticulously recreates intricate details, from the mesh pattern of the undersuit to the melon skin texture on the armor. Combined with the Shinkocchou Seihou line's signature excellent articulation, it can achieve a wide range of in-show poses! Naturally, this figure also features the armor interchangeability function with other Sengoku Driver-using Riders from the Gaim series, as swapping armor with different Riders is a core appeal of the franchise! Accessories include Zangetsu's dedicated Musou Saber, the massive Melon Defenser, both open and closed versions of the Melon Lockseed, a replacement visor for armor swapping, and multiple interchangeable hand parts. With this release, the four Riders initially featured in the "Kamen Rider Gaim" opening sequence are now complete, and fans eagerly await further additions to the product line!
