Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S, through its Mocchi-Mocchi- plush toy brand known for its incredibly soft texture, has launched the "Mocchi-Mocchi- GameStyle" series, themed after Nintendo's popular game "Animal Crossing." The lineup features L-sized plush toys perfect for hugging, with a total of eight designs available. These officially went on sale in Japan starting August 8, 2026.
Mocchi-Mocchi- is TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S' original plush toy brand, developed with a focus on creating an exceptionally comfortable feel. It utilizes finer cotton stuffing than standard plush toys and highly stretchable fabric, resulting in a soft, smooth, and elastic texture. The character lineup includes Tom Nook, Isabelle, K.K. Slider, and Timmy & Tommy. This series was first made available for pre-sale on July 25, 2026, at the "Gathering! Hokkaido Airport Island" pop-up event held at New Chitose Airport.
