The latest internet horror IP to catch Hollywood's eye is "Jeff the Killer." This infamous serial killer, who first emerged online in 2008, is now set to receive his own dedicated feature film. Producing the project is TikTok sensation Savanah Moss (pictured above), who boasts a massive following of 11.4 million on the platform. Moss is well-versed in the genre, with her online content primarily consisting of horror short films infused with comedic elements.
