Chinese figure brand MAGI ARTS has launched the first product in its original 1/6 scale figure series, "Red Queen and Princess Alice": the "Red Queen" 1/6 scale figure, scheduled for release in August 2026!
"Red Queen and Princess Alice" is a collaborative project between illustrator YOGISYA and the renowned Japanese Lolita fashion brand RoyalPrincessAlice. This 1/6 scale figure series reimagines the familiar fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland" with Gothic and Lolita fashion influences. Its main selling point is the incredibly intricate and opulent design, which looks more like a custom piece than a mass-produced figure. The figure was sculpted by artist Piqiu-PQStudio2022.
The "Red Queen 1/6 Scale Figure" stands approximately 29 cm tall. It features an elaborate Lolita-style gown, primarily in red and black. The gown is adorned with layers of lace, red roses, and bows, creating an explosive visual impact. The red sections are further enhanced with tampo-printed playing card suit designs, specifically various numbered hearts. The skirt is encircled by a gold-edged artwork depicting the Queen of Hearts, Alice, and her animal subjects. Intricate three-dimensional patterns are printed on the black shawl, sleeves, skirt, and stockings, while dark blue bows are embellished with hot-stamped gold cursive English text. The intricately sculpted golden curls feature white dry-brushing for a weathered effect, and the bow and crown on her head also boast extremely delicate tampo printing and paintwork. The deep red color scheme, combined with the Queen's slight head tilt and her commanding gaze through a single gold-rimmed monocle, elevates the figure's oppressive presence to its peak! Even the gift box-shaped base beneath her platform shoes is meticulously detailed and includes two rabbits, one wearing a crown and the other a top hat. With all these details packed into a figure less than 30 cm tall, it's an overwhelming visual feast where you won't know where to look first!
