It's been nearly three years since Insomniac Games launched "Marvel's Spider-Man 2," and players are still eagerly awaiting the series' next move. Recently, fans discovered a new IMDb page for "Marvel's Spider-Man 3," which, despite its sparse content, quickly sparked widespread discussion.
The page was reportedly spotted by X (formerly Twitter) user @SpiderManCD, who shared details online:
Most notably, the page's right side indicates the game's status as "in production." However, Insomniac Games has not yet officially announced "Marvel's Spider-Man 3," so this information cannot be considered official confirmation.
Of course, an IMDb entry doesn't always reflect actual development progress, and players should await an official announcement from Insomniac Games or PlayStation.
According to previous leaked data, Insomniac Games had reportedly planned to release a "Venom" game after "Marvel's Spider-Man 2," followed by "Marvel's Spider-Man 3," and then new "Ratchet & Clank" and "X-Men" titles. However, it remains unknown whether this timeline is still accurate or if it has been adjusted following the leak.
