Hong Kong's emerging toy brand Eonic Toys is releasing a new figure based on Tatsunoko Production's classic anime "Yatterman" – the "Yatterman No. 1" 1/10 scale pre-painted figure. It will retail for 7,150 JPY and is slated for release in May 2027.
"Yatterman" (ヤッターマン) is a TV anime produced by Tatsunoko Production in 1977, based on a concept by Tatsuo Yoshida, with planning by Jinzo Toriumi and Satoshi Oyama. The series follows the righteous duo Yatterman No. 1 and Yatterman No. 2, alongside their mechanical dog "Yatter-Wan," as they battle the comedic villain trio known as the Doronbo Gang. It is the second and most popular entry in the "Time Bokan" series.
This 1/10 scale pre-painted figure of Yatterman No. 1 stands approximately 18 cm tall. It perfectly captures the character's cheerful, lively, and slightly mischievous yet highly righteous personality in three dimensions. The pose draws inspiration from official designs and the original anime, notably featuring his signature weapon, the Kendama. The sculpt showcases sharp body lines, with intricate details like the wrinkles in his jumpsuit and his necklace faithfully reproduced. His flowing red scarf adds a dynamic touch to the overall composition. The base is even designed with the classic Yatterman logo, allowing collectors to proudly display their love for the series!
