T-ARTS, part of the TAKARA TOMY Group, has released a new capsule toy collection called “The Treasure Box.” The series shrinks familiar fantasy-adventure loot—including treasure chests, gemstones, gold bars, and potions—down to miniature size. Eight designs are available, with select chests featuring a surprise mechanism that sends a hand reaching out from inside. Each pull costs 300 yen, including tax, and the collection was released on August 15, 2026.
Built around the concept of “sleeping treasures,” every chest features a working lid that opens to reveal a different prize hidden inside. They also make great miniature accessories for adventure-themed displays with figures and model kits. The eight-design lineup includes “Treasure (Gold),” “Treasure (Silver),” “Crystal,” “Gold Ingots,” “Elixir,” “Mimic,” “Pandora Box,” and “Nyandora Box.” From classic chests overflowing with gold and silver to crystals, ingots, and potions, each one delivers a different surprise when opened.
Two rare designs also feature a special “hand reaching out from inside the chest” gimmick, turning an ordinary-looking treasure chest into a playful fantasy trap. Display them on their own or pair them with hero, wizard, and monster figures to instantly add treasure—and danger—to a miniature adventure scene.
